For those who want music and hand free phone conversation and still want to retain the OEM look of the stereo, here is the inexpensive solution:
1. Purchase a Monster cassette adapter
1. Insert cassette adapter. Route wire thru astray. Be sure to unplug the cable from stereo door to prevent accidentally to hit the close button.
2. Insert Koomus CD phone holder to CD slot.
3. Mount phone to Koomus
4. Insert plug to phone. Select TAPE.
Now you can have all the music from your phone and hand free converstation.
Cable can be stored neatly in the ashtray when not in use.
How did you get the cd door to stay open?
I tried one of these but was afraid I was going to break something trying to get it in the slot with the door closed.

This is exactly what I was thinking. As it's a motorized door, I hope long term use of the holder doesn't damage the tray motor straining against something blocking it's path. Plus, only my opinion, 1. makes the center stack look cluttered, 2. using outdated tech like the cassette player, 3. no track control from the steering wheel, 4. can't close the radio door. Just my thoughts. Better options that I've used myself are the Vaistech and the Grom Audio. Just my opinions, open for debate.

Thanks Shawn for your opinion. There are two doors we're talking about. The CD slot door and the radio door. The CD slot door is open by the LOAD button. Once it is open, it will stay open, so there is no problem there. The radio door, however, if you hit the close button, it will crash into the Koomus, it might damage the motor or gears (?). So, be sure to unplug the cable from behind the ashtray, to avoid it closes down.
For me, it is the quick, simple and inexpensive solution. It serves what I need. The hand free phone conversation, the GPS map and the musics are at my finger tip. The songs and track selections are selected via the cel phone, and the sound is crystal clear.
I don't use the NAV screen at all, except for the back up camera.

Well I was referring to both doors, and yes I can easily see how the outer radio door can be damaged, but to me , the inner CD try door might also be damaged, correct? Basically, if you go to LOAD a CD, yes the little inner door opens but then closes either after the CD is put in, or if no CD is put in it will time out and close itself. In the case of using this device, you're basically impeding that inner door from closing, as it should b'c the "CD" never enters fully. I could see how this could strain the inner door leading to wear as the motor is constantly seeing that the door is open or obstructed and continually trying to close it against resistance. Just my thoughts on the issue.
I don’t think the CD door is motorized. It’s spring loaded, and it will stay open. I inserted and removed the Koomus often without any problem or damage to the door functionality. You must, however, remember to remove all CDs from the deck when using the Koomus.
I just purchased a bluetooth FM transmitter that plugs into the lighter (~$15)
will let you play music from your phone , talk hands free, and charge your phone.
I will have to try it out and let you know how it works.
Has anyone else tried these yet?
