Default 6k HID Bulbs

I was thinking about getting a pair of 6k bulbs for my head lights. Any suggestions on brands? I heard Phillips is really good. Btw, does anyone know the bulb size for our cars? Thanks!

Just get a good brand from a Cl vendor with a lifetime warranty they should set you back about $100 a pair you will ned D2S. I have 6000k from AACstyle. I needed D4S since I have the 06+ headlights. 1 of mine went out after 2 years and they replaced them no questions asked

It should look something like this. Basically 6000K is whiter and when you drive at night you can see more of the road.

I just spoke to ACCstyle and they quoted me 159.00 dollars for there HID 8000k bulbs.

I have a 2002 SC, and is D2S the right size?

how much did you guys/gals pay for your ACCstyle HID bulbs?

The price sounds about right. Do you know what brand? Yes, bulb size is D2S. Btw, mine's are 6000K. Make sure to also check on the warranty offered. I have lifetime on mine.

Personally, I will only go with Philips HID bulbs since they are so PIA to replace in SC430.
I have Philips 6000K for both my headlight and foglight.

I also bought a set of Philips D4S 5000k from Japan for my 2007 headlight conversion.
Although Philips HID bulbs cost more, yet they should save you some headaches in the future.

I have no idea about the quality of other brands.
You need to do your homework.

Below is an old pic of my 6000K. Please note that 02-05 use D2S and 06+ use D4S for headlight.
