Those are ebay special Korean made junk. There not even close to spec. 12000k woud be towards the UV end of the spectrum. It would look like a Blacklight in color. When you pull up everybody around you would glow if it was really 12000k. These bulbs along with the philips are the only real quility bulbs. The Philips are not approved for use in the US or Europe. Its good to see a high end Japanese made HID bulb. I wonder how the color would compare to the Philips 6000k? MAybe a slight more blue since there called cobalt. Ive seen these for sale on the net for around $350
