Who would trade their 98+ SC400 for a 97 oem 5spd? Or the other way around

That's a tough choice. I would keep the SC400 unless the SC300 is really clean or had low miles.

Depends on the condition, but if they were of both equal condition, I'd definitely go 400

depends what you plan to do with the car. i would still do a manual transmission car no matter what pretty much.

After driving automatic for about 3 years. I would definitely take the 97 5spd. Well just cause i finish my conversion and its feels so good to have a manual again.
I would just say its all on preference

I'd trade my '99 400 for a '97 5spd. Have to be in the same condition tho..
