Default Cat delete question

Will deleting the 2 cats before the o2's on these cars throw a code?

It depends if your SC is OBD1 or OBD2. OBD2 expect to get a CEL for deleted cats, if your pre OBD2(95 and older) you should be OK.

This has been covered MANY many times.

Here I searched for "Cat Delete" in the SC section
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...ght=Cat+Delete
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...ght=Cat+Delete

I even narrowed it down more for you...

Here I searched for "Cat Delete check engine light"
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/per...k+engine+light

Here is "Cat Delete Problems"

Should work for other folks too now, I fixed them . When you post the search link that works for you because you have the cookie on your PC storing the search criteria, so you can re-execute the search later. Other folks don't have that cookie, so it doesn't link to anything. Got to post the actual search results, which I guessed at and edited / pasted into your post
