Okay, 117mph, that'll take you to a low 12 with that car on a slick, probably still have some traction issues, but that's very respectable. My ex had a White '63 convertible small block car, but it needed much love, always dug those Vettes though. Marlboro Maroon was my favourite colour from that era of Vettes. Anyway, a great race for you would be Computer Wiz, Steven Reed, he's got a hairdryer for ya, but he used to have a big block Nova that did nasty wheelstands, so he knows what the BBC can do (not British Broadcasting). Just to put things into perspective for you Duke, a Toyomoto stage 1.5 turbo kit on these luxo-coupes will net a high 12 on a true street tyre. And, traction issues can be dealt with, on the street with a stick and a street tyre, you'll spin into third gear, but at the track, with an automatic and a slick, one of our members turned a 1.55 short time, on stock suspension, and it was the car's first time on slicks, no BS. SC300TURBO, Jeff Hackman, has a total sleeper Q-ship, 6spd with a T70 and Haltech, looks like an SC you might see any day, has a full multimedia install, and will push over 600hp to the wheels when it rolls out of the shop. And where is it going after that? To have a cage installed? To the track? Nope, to have a body kit installed Supracoup, those are 26x10 slicks, that's TM's car, wait 'till you see that thing come out, Duke, the White SC in the pic is getting a twin turbo 4.0 V8, and I will put my money on it against any big block Vette one of your buddies from the Corvette club can come up with. Now, when are we going to turbo that SC of yours? Toyomoto is in Miami, as Jeff would say, 'turbo power is calling you.'
