Removing the shifter bezel

Anyone know if the wood bezel surrounding the shifter pops out or are they bolted down. I tried to pulled them up but it is on there tight. It is on a 2017 LX570.

Nobody knows how to remove the shifter wood surround?

I know the side pieces on either side pull off and the handbrake also pulls up with gentle pressure. Perhaps you will see screws for the shifter bezel under those covers.
