Default odd electrical problem

I took my steering wheel off to fix an alignment problem, and when I put everything back together all hell broke loose. My cruise control light won't come on and won't work, my horn won't work (alarm horn still works), and my SRS airbag light won't go off. I've checked all the fuses and checked every wire and connection in detail with no found problems. Any ideas?

What about having the airbag light on and a non functioning horn, BUT I did not do anything to my car? I checked all fuses and they all seem OK. I do think that the alarm horn still works.
Please help.

As a side note, my radio fuse will burn even with the radio completely disconnected, what could it be? This problem ocurred months ago, seems not to be related to the airbag/horn problem.

why didn't you just gt an alignment done to fix an alignment problem? otherwise, yes the clockspring is damaged if you already checked all the connections under the airbag for integrity.
