My guess is for a Lexus year 2022 or less, that have the safety system 2.5 or 2.0.
The 2023 model have the new safety system 3.0
information ;
;
This version, called by the manufacturer a Safety Support Indicator, is seen as a vehicle from above inside a circle, also in yellow/amber if one of the systems noted below is not functioning properly. The circle represents that the vehicle is protected all around from all sides. It may be seen in gray scale as well in the information display. The trouble may be as simple as snow and ice accumulated on or near the sonar sensors.
This version is also an outline of a car inside a circle, but appears in gray scale. The manufacturer in this case has the indicator appear when one of nearly a dozen assist system options is turned off. It is thus there to alert the driver to that fact.

So i had my car repaired at the bodyshop and one of the sensors under the headlight was damaged. They replaced it and had the lexus tech come out and reprogram the ultrasonic system but of course the servers for the system was down go figure
So this morning no matter how the parking brake was set the light remained illuminated. As I drove down my driveway and the front camera stopped and the screen went into map mode, the icon went out.

i think i have seen it if one of the doors isnt closed properly and while reversing out of the garage. once the doors are closed properly (they definitely need a bit more force than any other door i have tried )
With the last RX 450H, I would tell my wife not to slam the doors, for it is not necessary. I no longer do that.
For some reason when we received the 500H, I was expecting self-closing doors; I probably got confused with another vehicle we had tested.
My warning icon did not illuminate today. Still think it was because of my disabling the Auto parking brake. For now no worries and am enjoying my 350h!
I disabled my parking brake a week after I got the car over a year ago, that definitely not it. the only time ive seen it on our RX is when snow built up on front sensors.
I see this indicator occasionally when it snows or there is heavy rain and the cameras are partially covered. Sometimes the picture is still "good enough" for me to use the panoramic view monitor to park, but the system complains and will disable auto-brake and other safety features because of the dirty camera lens(es). Just one of I'm sure many examples when that indicator will illuminate.
