I found this guy on YouTube talking about the same issue, he concluded missing telematic module or something like that, I could not figure it out. If some one can help us with it!!

The Telematics Module is "The system provides communications, roadside assistance, car safety, remote diagnostics, and other services". It is part of the Enform system. I guess it is all integrated into the microphone in some capacity. Maybe that is why Lexus doesn't really want to be bothered with this.

Has anyone reached to a solution or the causes behind this issue. I just bought a RX 2022 from Canada and facing the exact issue "micrphone is not connected" but the issue is I can't connect the phone by Bluetooth nor USB??

Try this.....hopefully it will help. He suggest disconnect battery for overnight. Check the green light that he discusses in the video to see if this applies to you.
