Last week I was at the local Lexus dealer. They told me that my on going problem with bluetooth (calling party can't hear me etc.) is hardware problem with lexus. Can anybody else confirm that? thanks

 

This is a problem. If you have a 2008 rx or prior, you can do this yourself. Press and hold the "Info" button to the left of the GPS screen and turn the lights on and off 3 times. This gets you to the maintenance menu and you can adjust Bluetooth microphone and speaker volume. My Blackberry Tour now works a charm with the microphone volume set to +4 (out of 5)

I have a 2010. My dealer said they have someone that can get to this menu, so I am taking it in. She said she would not tell me how to get to this menu because other items can be changed and "harm" the vehicle.

 

Doesn't that answer give you a strange feeling knowing it's your car which you paid for? Just a thought.
