I live in the northeast and the PIAA wipers last at least 4 years. If you wipe them off once a month they might last 6 years or more. Don't listen to me, just try them. You will not be disappointed. I put them on my wife's car, my friends car, my car, everybody loves it. They all say they are the best wiper blades they have ever had.
+1. I used to buy Toyota refills but for whatever reason the version they have now is not as good. Either way PIAA is top notch and they sell refills. The complete assemblies I bought are made in Japan.
PIAA wipers are really good. Trust me, I do not work for them and they do not pay me for this comment. These silicone wipers last for years. I live in Philadelphia so I don't if this would be true in Florida. They are good here for 4 -6 years and longer if you clean them off 2 or 3 times a year. Why would you pay $10 to $30 for new wipers each and every year? I put these wipers on my wife's car.
She said they are the best wipers she has ever had. And that was 4 years ago. She still has the same ones.

Ive heard these PIAA wipers are great, but they aren’t sold near me & when I looked online last year, they were not available for a 2016 RX. Where can I buy the correct PIAA wipers for my RX?
Your RX takes a 26" and 22" look at this document to find the exact PIAA part number Amazon sells them. Don't necessarily trust the compatibility thing on Amazon it's often wrong. https://www.piaa.com/Shared/applicat...ide-Master.pdf
Someone asked why you would use anything else but OEM blades? Why spend more for PIAA? I don't work for PIAA and or get any kickbacks or anything like that, but I have owned a lot of RX vehicles over the years (2001, 2004, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2020, and throw in an IS and an RCF) and I can say from first hand experience that some years the Lexus OEM wipers are good and some years they suck. I guess they change the rubber blend to save money or something. I have had several models where the OEM wipers streaked and squeaked which drives me insane. Living in Texas I think the summer heat also takes a toll and causes the OEM blades to break down faster requiring replacement every 6-12 months. Over the last 20 years I tried several brands and the one I keep going back to is PIAA for their SI-Tech model wipers. These wipers appear to use a better quality silicone/rubber blend that does NOT squeak and they last for YEARS. So in answer to the original question, I would rather pay a little more to get a better set of wipers that does NOT squeak and that lasts for years rather than listening to the crappy OEM wipers squeaking every time they are used and then having to deal with replacing them once or twice a year because they start streaking.

I just ordered PIAA wipers off Amazon for my 2016 RX. Part numbers were 97065 for the 26" and 97053 for the 21". Adapter type is "A". They won't arrive until first week of Oct - I'll report back on how they installed. They were ~$30 each.
Edit:
Realized now I never reported back. These went on very easily - the kits had all the adapters I needed and they went on without any fuss. They've performed well too over the winter and rainy season.
Tried PIAA silicone on Acura RDX, works great for the first few weeks but it started squeaking a lot afterwards. Personally do not recommend the PIAA.
Personally been using Costco Michelin wipers on multiple cars, occasionally buy Michelin silicone when I find a discount online.
The Michelins have work well on ceramic treated windshield and non ceramic treated windshield for me.

I put PIAA blades on my wife's Pilot a few weeks ago and am disappointed with the squeaking. They work very well at removing water, but I have to polish the windshield frequently to keep them from squeaking. UPDATE 9/23 - Ignore my previous comment about PIAA wiper blades. I used Bosch ICON blades, not PIAA.

Reason: Correct error
In case you deide to use anco aftermarket blades (less expensive) than lexus they are manufactured with rubber blades channeled to funnel water off so recommend to be installed with the Anco logo legible meaning car facing you drivers side to right
No matter what blade you use, I think it is a good idea to regularly maintain them. Once every four months I will pull them away from the windshield and clean them with a mild alcohol solution. The rag is filthy. I then lubricate them with the 303 rubber gasket protectant. The blades take a beating from the heat and cold. Besides the door gasket seals I use on the moonroof seal which really takes a beating from direct sunlight almost all day.
