why did the CSR told me to download 2.0 then?

Hi

how come my 2018 RX350 fsport enform app doesnt work?
i couldnt pair it. I wonder if that happens to you guys.

not sure, we just got our 2018 RX and it paired but if your having problems, contact your dealers tech specialist and they will assist you. That’s one of the services they provide to new car buyers. Good luck
