Does your enform remote work lately? Can you remote start, lock and unlock your car from the app?
I have spent about 2 hours on the phone with the enform customer service (4-5 phone calls) for the last 3 days to get my new RX350 working but no lucks. What the he'll is wrong with this system?
Instead of spending time on the phone with customer service, call the tech specialist at your Lexus dealer. They deal with Enform remote issues almost daily, and, if they can't figure out how to get it working themselves, they know the right people to contact to get issues resolved.

shame, they could have made the vehicle remote 2 way, and the app for the icing on the cake. oh well, it is what it is
We have been dealing with the pending issue since November 21. We have made several calls and even gone to the dealership tech specialist. Still nothing at this point and with the holidays nothing is going to happen immediately. We are very disappointed in Lexus with regards to tech support.
So far this hasnt been as easy as it should be, dealer couldnt get an authorization code but the call in tech support provided one. Two days later and its still showing as pending, they said two 15 min drives should have it completed but I've had several hours of seat time since then and no changes. I seen a bunch of people saying theirs took a long time but no follow ups as to when it finally activated.
What works: The car statuses/signals are registered FINE to Enform server . I.E. Be able to locate your car, check its status AFTER you turned it off
What don't work: Won't be able to ask Enform server to communicate to the car. I.E. won't be able to Remote Lock/Unlock, start, Refresh Status...
What happened - after 5-6 phone calls and probably 4 hours I spent with Enform Tech I brought the car at the dealer on 12/27/17 and they got it worked on 1/3/18. Technician found that "the MDN number were not valid when contacting the SOS department. Reset the MDN number and Enform began to operate with the proper MDN, MEID, and MIN calibration numbers".
I have no idea what these numbers (MDN, MEID, and MIN) mean and why the car got a wrong MDN in the first place. Lexus is looking into the cause. my car is build on 12/2017 and everything works now. Hope this will help someone with issues.
Just got the '18 RX350 this week. But for 5 days now, the App Suite in the navigation menu doesn't work. Asked me to call 1800 number. I did that, and they also have no clue. They said I should see all the basic apps that don't require logging in like Yelp, Weather, etc. I told them that I have linked the car via Bluetooth, downloaded the Lexus Enform App Suite 2.0 app on my iPhone 6S Plus, and it still doesn't work. I also created the lexus enform accounts online and linked my FaceBook. Still doesn't work.
That sucks. But I've read online that certain iphones have issues with the Lexus app. I had similar issues with my 2014 IS350 but I had a Galaxy S6 at the time. My 2015 IS350 was fine. I stopped using the app after my subscription ended and never got it for my RX. My only suggestion is to contact the Tech specialist at your dealership and have them see the issue while they're with you. Best of luck.
I had a similar problem as nukezero ('18 RX350 using a Samsung Galaxy S8+). Read somewhere that App Suite 2.0 is not supported by the RX. Downloaded the older version of the App Suite and all works as expected.

Second that--saw it on the Lexus website somewhere. 2.0 is just for certain 18's
