Hi All
Can any of you share some details on the panoramic roof on 2016 RX? I am on the wall and not sure if I want to opt for it or not.
What is the material used (internal) to cover the Pano roof? Does it take away from the rest of the interior look-and-feel when it is closed.
How often do you really use the Pano-Roof?
Is it colder/hotter inside the RX than the one with regular moonroof?
Is it noisier inside the RX than the one with regular moonroof?
Any other opinions on having pano-roof or not? PanoRoof option seems hard to find and unable to get a testdrive!!
Thanks in advance
It works the same as a regular sunroof but allows you to let more light in, only the front opens however the actual inside shade opens all the way again to allow more light in. No increase in noise that I have noticed.

--internal is legit its the same material as the other part of the roof interior if that makes any sense. 0 light comes in when closed, unlike the audi pano roof which has ventaled holes.

--every chance I get, but depends where you are located. my son in the back seat enjoys seeing all the views and it is pretty cool at night if the moon is out to have it open. I open it as much as I can.

-no I doubt it
Also note if you get the pano roof - you will NEVER had the opportunity to have crossbars. So if that is a deal breaker get the reg sun roof.
I don't tend to stare up at the roof while in a vehicle so no issues with me.
My rear passengers however really seem to like it so that was all that mattered.
Thanks all. Now, if only I get to drive the F-sport to check the difference in the drive feel, I think I can make a decision
I remember reading a comment from another forum member that the 18" wheels have a lot better ride than the 20". I drove both tires (though in FWD) and didn't really feel any difference. This was pretty well paved roads in the San Jose.
