Default Issues with windshield

I recently noticed the windshield of my 2019 Lexus rx350L has thousands of millions of glaring specks/dots. This happens only in early morning when facing the sun or late afternoon. Or some bright oncoming vehicle's head lights. At other times, it just looks completely normal when you sit inside and see directly to the road, but if you see from angles your sharp eyes may catch it. Do you guys have this issue, or can you please check. The glass looks greasy from top to bottom and is very distracting and annoying. The surface seems to be lumpy, but inside, between the glass, so the windshield is smooth both outside and inside. I tried to clean using multiple glass cleaner no improvements. if so I might get it replaced may be I got bad one . Thoughts comments appreciated.

It's rock chips very small ones, i live in Colorado and they sand the roads. My solution was to install ceramic tint on the inside front window glass and besides losing the glare from headlamps and the sun it has masked the imperfections where they are barley noticeable.

The very first thing you do is to wash both inside and out with Dawn dish soap. This will get ALL the grease and dirt off, then see what you need to do.
That might be the only thing you do.

That'll help, but it will still probably have the little tiny dings in the windshield. That's normal for a car a few years old.

I've had cheap microfiber towels that have a nap to them leave little specs on the glass that you only see in the sun.

unfortunately nothing helped. I went to a car repair shop to replace glass, and only one old man said that he had seen something like this, and it was a factory defect. The windshield is perfectly clean, smooth and dry on both sides, but you can see through it as if it was filled with oil spray. and it's inside the glass. The dealer said he couldn't help, I should try calling Lexus.

Do you have glass coverage on your insurance policy?
