I had a service visit in early January and since then I have had problems shutting off the car and with the easy exit feature. I can make the car shut down properly and have easy exit work if I follow an exact shutdown sequence.

My main symptoms are:
I stop the car and put the car in park.
unbuckle my seat belt
shut off car
open door - the seat does not move and I get a bell ding-ding-ding as if I did not shut down the car completely.

I can get it to work correctly if I:
Start the car
buckle up
put car in drive
put car in park
shut off car
unbuckle seat belt - the seat moves back and the car shuts down correctly. I have to place in park- shut off engine - then unbuckle. if I unbuckle first it does not work right

In the past it worked regardless of the sequence of steps. Any ideas? I am hoping to avoid a service visit.
