I think the new polarising RX design is causing some unrealistic demand. Some folks don't want to get the new look and see this as their last chance to gobble up RX in its current form even though they could have waited otherwise. This is causing the demand for 2015s to go higher. 2016 has limited production and its drawing an entirely new set of buyers. Dealers must be having a blast (for now).
Coming back to pricing - $59k for RX450h seems like a loaded car. What are the options on it? More packages a car has, more negotiating room. I got 5k off on a 47k car more than a month ago. With December and end of month, discount should be steeper.
