Does ur RX have nav? I don't remember seeing that on my mirror.

I have one too! I just saw it. Mine wasn't on the mirror it self but on the windshield behind the mirror. I bought mine used and I think the dealership put it there. I think its a tracking device or something.

 

No I dont have Nav. I am the second owner. Just curios since its peeling off the mirror.

 

I took mine off. It has no effect. Its most likely a new way to track cars that are on the lot. Mine looked similar to yours except you cant see the gold unless you hold it up to a light source. I wonder if the dealership forgot to take the tracker off when they were prepping it for me to take home.

Back in 2009 when my dad bought his jeep the dealer forgot to take the tracking thing off our keys and when i went back after 3 weeks to pick up my plates the service advisor was like WTF where did you get that?!?! I was like what? He was like that tracking device on your keys. I was like thats how they gave it to me. He went and called my salesman out and started yelling at him. The salesman was new and probably didn't know he was to take it off.

 

Well if it is a tracker I will remove it, Especially since there are dishonesty people like what just happened with people stealing codes in NY. Thanks for all the help
