Hi everyone,
Is there a place that has a list of production changes? NOt sure if it's a TSB since there are only 2 right now for 2010 RX and have to do with engine ticking noise and Another DTC code. For example, so far the changes I know of are Enform system, side glass (for wind noise), ac subsystem for brake lights staying on, clips for front bumper.
We got new rear shocks, supposedly, for noise going over bumps, and tech rep said they changed to new rear shocks as a production change. Maybe this is why it was riding rougher than the loaner (not withstanding the Michelins on the loaner vs our Dunlops).
Thanks for a great forum...
Interesting that the side windows have changed. I've asked them to check the driver side front and rear windows several times for wind noise. It's pretty loud to my ears compared to my older GX470 and Muranos. Each time they state that it operates as it should. Ugh.

They just changed out my drivers and passenger side front windows to the 2 ply acoustical glass. If you look down on the top of the class you can very easily tell if it's 2 ply. My car was made in April of 2009 before the production change to the 2 ply glass. It seems to have cut down on the high speed outside noise.
Mine rattles and is stiff in the rear when going over bumps. Do I need the new shocks? I would love to make this thing ride better and have Lexus pay for it. How do I tell if I qualify?

Ours wasn't a rattle, it was definitely noise like squealing almost crunching from rear suspension going over bumps. Heard best when standing next to the car as it goes over a bump (like onto a driveway). Nearly all rattles other people have had are from that rear cover, or other interior stuff. I'm not sure that the new shocks will make it ride better, will have to see.
