Contact transfer error
I have a 2009 RX 450h LXE. I deleted previous handsets and paired my Samsung note 4 with the car. I have paired correctly but when i select to transfer the contacts the car shows 0 of 1000 left. The option To delete any current loaded contacts are also blanked out.
What can I do to reset the contacts so I can transfer all handset contacts to the car.
