Default Bluetooth - deleting old phone

I replaced my cell phone and added it to but I can't figure out how to delete the prior one. Any suggestions?

Follow this button sequence on the Nav display:

INFO/TELEPHONE/SETTINGS/BLUETOOTH/DELETE

Now choose the phones you want to delete.

That option does not show.

The 2015 model is a third generation RX, so the previous advice doesn't apply. You might want to search or post in the RX - Third Generation forum.

Default Es350

I followed the book to delete an old phone. I went to The settings screen and my screen is missing the delete option that should be the first option on this scene. I have only three options, not four.
Any suggestions? I feel like I need to "re boot". Hopefully I don't need to schedule a Lexus visit.
Thank you!
