Console stuck in forward. HOw do I get at lock

Does anyone know how to get to center console lock in a 2008 rx 350. Mine is stuck in forward position.

This is how RX330 works, open the front compartment where the cup holders are located, Reach underneath where the door was and you will find a latch. Squeeze the latch and slide the console backward.

Center console

Lever does not move console.does anyone know how to get at it to see what’s wrong. It is stuck in forward.

The term is applied to the area beginning in the dashboard and continuing beneath it, and often merging with the transmission tunnel which runs between the front driver's and passenger's seats of many vehicles.

You don't move CONSOLE. What is it that you are trying to move?

Yes, on my 08 the unit between the seats does slide forward and back.
You may have an object jamming the track. Check and ad a little elbow grease. Bigger hammer.
