Has anyone been successful pairing an iPod Nano (with Bluetooth) to a 2009 RX 350 with navigation. I paired my phone easily but iPod won't connect.

I found a u-Tube about pairing to a 2010 but nothing about 2009. In the u-Tube it looked like they had a small device they plugged into the iPod first.

I have read the manual.

 

The 2009 and older models can only pair for bluetooth phone calls, not music streaming. If you want to pair your ipod, you'll need to install an aftermarket bluetooth receiver. I don't have one, but most people around here seem to recommend Vaistech, Grom Audio, iSimple, and USA Spec.
