Default RX350 turn up the mic volume

For some reason, I can hear people fine using the SUV but the people I'm talking to says they can barely hear me...is there a way to increase the Mic volume for the people I am talking to? Thanks in advance

Hmm...Not sure about turning up mic sensitivity, but you could try talking into the mic itself to see if that helps. It's located at the top by the cabin lights.

How about turning down the volume for the NAV Guidance? It's too loud for me.
Anyone knows where this might be?

From the initial screen, hold Info button while turning the lights on and off 3 times. This will bring you the hidden service menu where you can adjust the microphone volume.

i only looked at bluetooth which is where you can adjust the mic, it's set at 0 and I changed it to 5 which is the max, I saw nav 4 or 5 other screens you can set into.

Sure did, still sound like I'm talking in a tunnel but it was clear enough and they didn't ask for me to speak loader

Please clarify how to get into the service menu. Is it the headlights that need to be turned on/off 3 times?

Hold down the "Info" button under the Nav screen while turning the headlights on and off 3 times. The service menu will dispaly on the screen.

Thanks Bongos. I only turned it up to 2, so I will go back and change it to 5. I was afraid I might blast them out if I went to high.

BTW, I had increased the sound of the speaker at first, but that was very loud. So I decided to leave at zero, which I assume is the default. Anyway the speaker sound the same as it did before.
