Buzzing sound from drivers side dash 2002-RX 300

Buzzing sound from drivers side dash 2002-RX 300
I have an RX-300 and have a fairly loud buzzing sound coming from behind the dash on the driver's side. It only makes the sound when the engine is running. It does not matter if the car is moving or not.

Any help in identifying what this could be would be appreciated.

Pulling Fuses will definitely point to the Device that's emanating the sound when the power to it is removed. That's a way to pinpoint the source, like the Audio System or others. Good Luck, EJ Dossary, EE
