we need to know if you have continuity between ECU pin and female of connector. If we don't that's our code. If we do and our splice is good then the ECU is bad, nothing else

I appreciate it guys. I'm gonna try to get some data and put in here. I picked up my dvom last night. Going to get that checked for continuity and go from there
Did you check the connectivity from the ECU to the harness connector?
There is a post in this forum on how to splice the signal from the "good" sensor to feed both bank 1 and 2 inputs at the ecu.
No idea if the wire colors and ecu connectors are the same for the es300 though. You should search the forum for your vehicle.

Have you ever fix it? I have the same Issue 1:1.
the problem came(I think) after changing the timming Belt with Walter pump. Other simptomphs are the engine is running hot despite everyone telling me it s normal but after a couple of minutes you can t touch the engine...Water temp everything ok and also changed everything related to Water circuit...not sure what to do anymore...
