P1150 is related to a problem/malfunction with the A/F sensor bank 2, sensor 1, right on the front manifold, P0125 is usually an accompanying error and has the same trouble areas.

Only three possibilities: ECM, bad A/F sensor, malfunctioning A/F sensor. Mostly like this could be due to a connection on the front sensor.

How long have you been driving it since this occurred?

Air Fuel sensor is not the same as oxygen sensor. What is the part number and brand of the A/F sensor you installed?

Did you install this same sensor on the two front A/F sensors and the O2 sensor after the main cat beneath the vehicle?

For the two A/F sensors, that denso number is as you state, 2349009, but for the O2 sensor after the cat, it is different, it is 2344215.

It's really tough for me to say definitely. Only things that come to mind are the connecting wires to the sensors itself or an issue with the installation of the sensors themselves. Sometimes, just turning the sensors a little bit more one way or another does the trick. I have seen my uncle disconnect and reconnect A/F sensors many times until he gets the light to go out. In addition, with an advanced OBDII reader, I would be able to get the readings off the banks to see if the sensors are reading everything okay, even if the sensors themselves have proper resistances.
