Default Visor trouble

My driver's side visor on my 2000 RX 300 won't stay up. I tried velcro but it doesn't work. Has anyone discovered a better fix?

As a meteorite nut, I always have rare earth super magnets, so I simply put one on the visor. Problem solved. NOTE These magnets are SUPER STRONG, so absolutely avoid any nearby computer or magnetic sensitive items, and do not get 2 near each other, you may never be able to get them apart again. I get mine at mining and prospecting store, pricey, maybe about 30 bucks, but a clean, reversible, non-mod solution.
