My friend told me about it and showed me his in his RC-F so it wasn’t hard to convince me to buy.
Order spree continues tonight. RR-racing penske coils incoming. Waiting on their input for wheel/tire fitment given the different coil configuration in the rear but so far it’s leaning towards volk racing TE37SL 18x10 +39mm with toyo proxes R888R 295/30R18.
can you share your impressions on the Rr Penske ? Thanks.

Happy to do so when I receive them. Work on the car is pending their arrival. RR-racing told me Aug-24th-30th they should receive them from Penske and they will set them up with my requested spring rates before shipping out to me.

You will absolutely love your Penske's!! Best mod you will ever get done on the RCF. It turns the RCF to a Porsche Slayer. Out in the twisties most Porsche's are spooked at how quick I am able close on them and shut them down. I'am in the capital city of Porsche's and tonight I encountered a modified Cayman and he couldn't hang. The Porsche's only have a chance in the straights they are so quick there.
I have had mine for 4 years now. Best investment to date, puts a huge smile on my face every single time and never gets old.

Curious, what spring rates are you going with?
Thanks for sharing! Have you rebuild the coilovers in those four years, and if you can share how many miles you put on it w Penske ? Any noise/Fitment issues?

Thanks for sharing and giving me confidence in my purchase.
I have told them I’m going for their "Aggressive road&track setup": 1000lbs (18kg) Front & 900lbs(16kg) Rear.
That being said I haven’t consulted with Rafi yet and he may suggest other rates and I’m open to his expertise.

I don't know what RR put on this set but they have been rock-solid. Haven't had to rebuild them. My boy Tommy at Musicbox Tommy inspects them every 6 months and gives them the thumbs up.
I would say I put at least 36k on them. No track sessions, my daily commute to and fro is through the historic Route 110 Arroyo Seco Parkway which is freeway speed(plus) twisties for the entire 8.1 miles and so I'm putting the RR Penske's through their paces on a daily basis.. This is where I encounter the Porsches and these coil-overs never disappoint.
Fitment is perfect, you will absolutely need spacers for the rears. You will get noise from the rear shocks but they don't bother me at all. The performance I get from the shocks is enough for me to be happy to live with the sound. If you have stereo on at regular volume you will not hear the rear shocks at all. Aftermarket exhaust will also subdue some of the sound (I have had the coil-overs with stock exhaust to now aftermarket and noise didn't bother me, its a metallic tap sound usually noticeable at slow speeds over uneven surfaces).

Is your RCF a dedicated track car or double duty as daily too?
If double duty as daily I would personally go with the standard road and track 16kg front 14kg rear. Old timer @Mingofish who had the aggressive setup found the car a tad bit disconcerting on street drives but great on track.
Interestingly Figs engineering prefers to go with 18kg Front and 14kg Rear on their top performance Ohlins TTX. That could be an interesting spring rate combination. From what I recall @Mingofish experience with the aggressive RR Penske is that on the street it was a bit twitchy on the rear so a 14kg Rear could possibly work real well while going aggressive on the front with 18kg.

To be sure you are describing the RR-racing Stage 2 coilovers and not the "road and track"? Simon from RR-Racing indicated I shouldn't need spacers in the rear with my setup. Now I'm tempted to order some 15mm spacers just in case.

I have other "daily drivers". But lately this car has been driven quite a bit. ~1500 miles since purchasing on July 30th.

Actually never mind this, there is only one set of Penske coilovers!

Yes right! Penske are the only stage II and that's what I have.
My initial installer neglected to put on spacers in the rear that I had instructed them to do but luckily I discovered the very next day the coil-over were rubbing ever so slightly the inner rim. The only reason I discovered this is because I had to change my brake rotors to a 2 piece setup on that day and saw the telltale signs on the inner rim.
Slapped on the 15mm spacers and I was all good.
Your setup may actually be fine without them. I see you going down to 18", lately I have been considering going that route.

Should have some time Sunday to do a quick fitment test for the front calipers. My Saturday is eaten up by Monterey car week stuff and my Supra. If there's fitment issues I'll be selling them and shopping again but I've seen other RC-F's on here with 18" TE37's so my confidence is pretty high. Simon from RR-Racing indicated the wheels should fit without spacers.

Tom's Chassis reinforcement kit (undercarriage) and rear strut bar came in this week though!
These are the part numbers: Front Cross Member Brace (TMS-51403-TUC10 ) Rear Cross-Member Brace (TMS-52295-TUL10 ) Rear Lower Body Brace (TMS-52297-TUC10 ) Front Lower Body Brace (TMS-52296-TUC10 )
Rear Upper Performance Rod (TMS-53650-TAE30 )
Also picked up a used invidia catback and ordered grimmspeed gaskets for the downpipe connection but am debating selling it as I will likely want the catted midpipe from RR-racing when supercharging with headers to avoid ending up with a yellow bumper.
Just by looking at the previous owner's gaskets I can tell there was at least a minor leak on one of the downpipes gaskets. Maybe not enough to throw a code but enough for me to be concerned.
One of the wheels:
I think I would've preferred a matte black TE37 but these will do for now and nothing beats in-stock local pickup cash in hand tax-free price. Also ordered a set of titanium locking lug nuts from jdcustomsusa.com. They look cool but will also reduce rotating mass.
