Take it to the dealer and let us know what they say. Are you in MIami/Ft. Lauderdale, if yes, let us know which dealer you went to. Good luck, will have to start paying attention to the boost gauge in mine.
This is the boost fluctuation issue that I am experiencing.
yeah its just that part that some people here have had the dealer replace. i wonder if lexus will bother to read the higher boost levels recorded by your tune and try denying the warranty? i'd say probably not because really there's probably 5 people in the entire world with tunes on their 200t (RC/NX/IS) and there' really no word on it out there.

I'm a Lexus master tech,
I know that Lexus has an updated wastegate control valve to help several issues that some people are having with their IS/RC200t. I hope that fixes your issue. I, myself, own an IS200t, and definitely have not experienced that issue. Is there a noticeable surge?

Do you know what models got this part change? Or what month/year the part change took effect? Active replacement campaign/recall or replacement only upon failure?
This is the part right? Current 2016 diagrams do not show any revisions. I wonder what info you have.
Sounds like a cool option... the unknowns of what happens if you try to tune it yourself are scary though... i dont know why these companies dont list the engine code or post a dyno sheet or video to instill confidence in potential buyers. this seems like a tacky/unknown/untested/unmotivated company just by the page linked. Dont knnow who they are/what they are etc. poor marketing.

OV is supposedly a well-known company in the Mazda community. That being said, I haven't leapt for this tune because there isn't evidence that the tune will perform as claimed.
I looked through their facebook and did find a video of an is350 pull but It wasn't on a dyno so it didn't really prove anything. I'm skeptical because there are no dyno sheets or numbers posted for our cars.

yeah i actually saw this tune a few months ago and saw their mazda history but their tune description seem like rough copy/pastes if you look at all their cars. for example it says 2015 IS200t... well we all know the IS200t came out in MY 2016.
if you look at the tune for the CT200h, it lists 10 hp gain. lol.
