I've tried resetting my ECU several times over the past few months but that hasn't solved the problem. Could something have happened when I cleaned the TB to cause a situation that could not be solved with an ECU reset?

It goes back to normal...trust me; it may take a few weeks though. I had the same issue at one point too!
