Default 99 GS300 SRT Intake - hose question?

Was cleaning out the throttle body and saw this. Is there a hose that it suppose to be attached to this part of the intake?

And yes the damn SRT is rusting and need to clean the engine bay.

Thanks!

Default Found it.... through an hour of using the SEARCH button.

I got my car fixed about a week ago and now the CEL is on. Hopefully this was the issue. They probably removed it and forgot to put it back in.
