Throttle body cleaning?

Throttle body cleaning?
Just a quick question i wasn't sure if you use a rag or just spray the TB cleaner into the throttle body.. I would think spraying it on a rag would be safer

Thanks joshoowa and johonny.. I may try that this weekend if the weather holds out.. We're supposed to get alot of rain etc... So we will see. Thanks again
