are you asking about a stand-alone..?
or possibly a safc..?
a lot depends on the engine mods you have....

whts a good ecu to use...cause i just got a lexus is300 and wana do a ecu chip now i heard unitech was good but i just wana get peoples opinions

I don't know who "mayb" is, but you don't need aftermarket injectors. Even after installing intake and exhaust, your engine will still be running too rich. You would be fine with a piggy back ECU to lean it out some more.

there's really no ecu chip you can get for our cars. You can get the ecu from srt that's already tuned, which you solder on to the stock ecu. Or you can get a SAFC-II to tune the air/fuel ratio. Better yet you can get a Engine management system like an Haltech F10X, EManage Ultimate. These will let you tune the air/fuel ratio, raise the rev limiter, let you set settings for when your reg driving, idle or even WOT. Check into those options.
