How do i take the tips off the muffler so i can either clean them or replace them, they i guess turned like a black color i guess from the tail pipe/ muffler smoke!!
Also if anyone knows a cleaning tips that would be great also!
Your best bet would probably be getting some new chrome tips. To remove the tips you just have to wiggle them a bit and they just slide off. Then you just get some new tips and have a muffler shop weld them in place.

Try some WD-40 on them, it should work as a cleanser. On my car at least, I have enough clearance around the bumper to wipe the OEM muffler tips just fine without removing them.
And yes, you can definitely remove them like PHML and rgarjr have said--wiggle/twist them side to side while pulling them out.
yup or some blue magic(great item but stinks...peeeuuuu ) works much better than the neverdull since it leaves a smother looking shine with no marks on the metal
