I still don’t have aTPMS tool @lexo98. Looks like it’s not necessary.

sometimes for whatever reason the drive does not work. I’ve had a couple of Members come by that the drive did not work and scanning them did.

I must admit that it took way longer than I expected but it finally worked. 💁‍♂️

I have my winters on that I used on my Gen 1 NX. This is the second season that I've been staring at the TMPS light. Any thoughts or should I install some black tape on the screen? :-(

They can work with your 2NX but they will need to be programmed in to the car for that to work. Driving will not suffice. That's what I did to the set I got last year. Got the dealership to programme them in last year. This year, since they're already in the car's computer, just switching to "Set2" and choosing "Tire rotation", then driving around for a bit (I think about 50kms) and they got recognised.

Completely different sensor but that does not mean they won’t work. On the 22’ you don’t need a scan tool to learn the sensors to the ECU. Have you tried this?

You can start from step 4 on your own.

Still a "No Joy" situation for me. America's Tire states they can't reprogram the aftermarket TMPS sensors that worked in our Gen 1 NX. I'm strongly considering all-weather tires next year to replace the run-flats and sell my winter set.

Aftermarket shop couldn't program my aftermarket set either. I got the dealership to program them for me which they did for CAD$110 last winter. Not a bad price on the balance of everything.

Maybe you should try the dealership...

Did they try or just say it wouldn’t work? Where are you in CA?

The store manager plugged into the OBD and tried to reset but said he was unable to register. I'm in Arnold, CA.

Lexo - unfortunately no idea. Purchased from America's Tire in 2020 and don't have a record of the brand.
