Default Tpms

Local garage replaced one of my TPMS sensors. I see five ID numbers on the scanner .1 to 4 have 7 digits plus 0 in front. 5th ID is 00000000. Is it for the spare wheel/tire or for my new sensor to ente into the system?

You don't have a 5th TPMS. Usually, the 5th TPMS is the spare tire

dmk720, if you still have the info could you let me know what you're driving, OEM or aftermarket wheels, and if your TPMS info matches any of the ones I listed below?

I'm in the process of getting a new batch of 4 sensors for new aftermarket wheels/tires and after reading through a lot of threads here, I can't quite find out exactly what I should be aiming for.

These are the various numbers I've been coming across, can anybody point me in the right direction for my 07 is250 or is it as simple as all of them are compatible?

#s:
PAXPMV-107J & PAXPMV-1017 & 3729APMV-107J
Part #s:
42607-33021, 42607-30030, 42607-33010, and 42607-33011

Lexus uses Denso TPMS sensors; for your year/model, they should be Denso 550-0103. All 4 should be the same, and it will be cheaper if you buy directly from the OEM company versus from Toyota/Lexus.

Those numbers that start with PAX are the OEM sensors manufactured by Pacific for Toyota. The differences are usually the angle of the valvestem coming out of the sensor. Use the wrong angle and the sensor will hit the rim and not allow the sensor to be properly installed. I would highly recommend the Dill Redi-sensor since the valve angle is adjustable.
