Oil change question
Watch this video to see what the inside of a typical oil pan looks like. The amount of dirty oil left in the pan after a drain will shock you! That's why regular oil changes are a good idea.

Time and temperature means a lot. The 2nd number for viscosity ratings is your viscosity at 100C, so if your engine is running on the mild side (its not super hot outside, you're not stuck 2 hrs in heavy traffic, etc., not towing at 90mph) then the actual viscosity will be a tad higher than rated. If your oil is old and diluted with fuel or other contaminants, your viscosity is probably now lower than rated. All my (Lex, Toy, Hon, Sub) cars at home of various ages over the last 20 yrs have all run 0w20, none have had engine issues or even a hint of oil burning even into 2nd decade / high mileage so for me, in my driving conditions and climate it seems to do the job. The turbo gets the same treatment, just more often.
Celebrating Lexus & Toyota from Around the Globe
I've replaced my key fob battery twice in 3 years. So simple to do, again youtube video it, it's very easy to do. Your Lexus app under Health tab will tell you key fob battery health too so go look there if you're concerned about the fob battery.
The free maintenance services I get with my ECP were allowed to be parsed up, so I could choose when to 'cash in' my 3 free oil changes, my one free brake fluid replacement, 3 tire rotations and 3 Inspections of brakes fluids, filters, underbody leaks ie trans, diffs, coolant lines.
I called Lexus dealer parts and used my VIN and they gave me all the correct part numbers for my car then I used the Toyota parts site to purchase them all cheaper!

(note there are a few #s used for rear wiper blade apparently so my VIN confirmed which I've got)

USE TOYOTA SITE WITHOUT PUTTING IN YOUR MAKE AND MODEL OR VIN BECAUSE IT WILL NOT LOOK FOR PARTS FOR A LEXUS. USE LEXUS SITE TO GET PART NUMBERS THEN PUNCH THEM IN ON TOYOTA PARTS SITE.

Have your oil changed every 6 months no matter how many miles you have driven since last oil change. So regardless on your low interval of 1,650 miles you're almost at 6 months so plan to change oil at 6 months, if you hit 5,000 miles before 6 months then get oil done then and don't wait to hit the 6 months interval. If you think you're gonna continue with low mileage use, rotate your tires every 3 - 5,000 miles these need not be done based on date just miles. Looking at your dealer's pricing, I'd go with the cheap one. You can use your manual if needed to find things, but looking at all the fluid reservoirs found under the hood is easy. They shouldn't ever need filling up unless something is leaking, except washer fluid. Always check fluid levels every month or so at most. I make it a habit of popping open the hood to take a look around when I wash the car or put in washer fluid. Brake fluid will lower very little as your brake pads wear but don't top up as when they're replaced the reservoir will overflow by pressing in the calliper pistons to insert new thicker pads.
Yes replacing all the filters is really easy on the car. Don't forget to pull off the cover for the hybrid battery fan opening found on bottom right corner of rear passenger seat. Just carefully unscrew the plastic screw open it up and the filter will come out with the cover. You can carefully remove it, give it a gentle vacuum make sure it looks pretty clean and put it back in making sure not to flip the orientation so outside stays as outside surface.
I've bought an extended warranty offered here in Canada that Lexus bundles up with 4 years of specific services included and so I can get a few things done without paying for them.
