On the Draw-tite hitch site it lists two hitches now available for the 450H+:
76201
76634
The local dealer here says for his dealer site he only sees the 76634 and surmises that one or the other may be for other people who brand their hitches. Apparently, they are both the same. A call into Draw-tite was not answered (leave a message) but I left a # to call.
76201 is available on Amazon but the 76634 is not. And, Amazon does not package the 76201 very well at all. In the specs for the hitches, the weight is different but the loads are the same. Also the size is different but it is the size of the shipping package which makes me think that the weight is for the shipping package also.
Look at the pictures of the side plates; the 76201 is more robust and requires lowering the exhaust (by removing the rubber hangers) . I read somewhere that the 76634 can be positioned without removing the exhaust hangers.

And so it is. Having the same specs for tongue weight and trailer weight would make me want to go with the 76634. Especially if it was DIY (which it isn't for me). That should make it far easier to install and much less time. Only hanging bikes at this point so no need for wiring either.
I had the 76201 installed by a local hitch installation specialist. They have a funky hoist that tilts the car up at the rear making access for the mechanic a breeze. They did remove and reinstall the exhaust system. 2nd NX they did in a week, many other Rav 4's; it's the same application. Price including installation was less than just the hitch from Hitchweb, so for me was a no brainer.
Not overly thrilled with the final fit, though. Seems to hang down a lot under the bumper cover. Appears to have been designed for the Rav 4, mine was made in March 2022, in Mexico. Have learned to live with it. Will be used for my Thule bike rack only.
Also, the kick sensor works, but not reliably. Good thing there are 4 other ways to open the hatch!
Note, mine is a 350h. But all NXs have the same subframes.
These aftermarket hitches are excessively low hanging, compromising the ground clearance, and they look unattractive too.
Best you contact Lexus UK and import a Lexus OEM hitch available in Europe, and have it locally fitted.
