dash cam
I installed the integrated dashcam last night in my NX350h. I was drunk and was very careful and it took me 4.5 hours start to finish including some messing. I was very slow and could do it again in under 1 hour if I was less careful. If you do it yourself and follow the directions be careful unplugging the large white wire harness that goes to the lights console, there was a single tiny clip that broke off. You need to buy the wire harness that is a y shape. Its really hard to fit everything up there in the correct place without the headliner bulging as the wires are too long so that was the most difficult think. Get the bulletin they send you when you buy the parts from Bell Lexus which has them for 350 including the separate needed Y harness. Also when you use the bulletin, you'll see the printout template is actually a little off because the 10cm is actually 9.5cm. This means if you're not careful it will not match up correctly. Line up the windshield dots on the line and then get the angle correct, ignore the blackout line at the top as it should be .75cm below the blackout line. If you line it up for the black dots instead of the top blackout line it will be in the correct place. Check Bell Lexus's ebay listing if you need the part numbers and wanted to buy locally. It worked fine when I installed it but after reinstalling the battery my settings were off so I had to reset them (mirror folding in when locked, trunk height setting and trunk open close setting required several on off cycles before I was able to open and close the trunk again. Also BEFORE you uninstall the battery open the drivers door and don't close it! It's a pain to open with the battery unplugged.
BTW, the fitx cam which is non OEM actually looks nicer than the Lexus Intergrated on and is probably better option. I actually got 2 of the Intergrated dash cams for free, one was accidentally mailed to me and the other was a free part I requested from the dealer when I bought the car. I would have got the fit cam if I was having to buy it. Much less intrusive and actually looks built in unlike the lexus one which is way over priced. Video quality isn't that great in the lexus one either. I'm actually concerned it might not be able to get license plate numbers in some cases which is kind of lame. Can't complain because it was free but would never pay 500 for the part + 500 for the install at a dealer for it.

If you don't care about parking monitor, you can get power from the rear view mirror with a plug n play adapter with USB A port. See this link:
I installed the Viofo A139 Pro on my wife's NX 350 and used that plug adapter to draw power from the rear view mirror connection. The plug is a little pricey but saved me a lot of trouble and was much faster than doing a hard wire to a fuse box/tap. It also comes with a USB A to USB C cable, and a USB A to Micro USB cable.

Hard to tell by the video, but would this work with the NX with digital mirror?
