heh, everyone drives their car different...

i drain and fill mine every 15k...

others prefer to flush every 30k...

some do it every 60k...

some of my customers prefer not to change theirs ever (they are not always the brightest)

I have never flushed before. I only drain and refill every 2k miles, which is basically 6 months for me. I drain and refill often because my car came with the Toyota Type T-IV fluid and I want to switch to amsoil. I just dont have the wods of cash to buy 16 quarts of amsoil at once

Well, since I am not normal driving as I mentioned above, I also drain ever 6 months, not sure about the mileage though.

drain and fill (3.5 qt) every 15k miles.
dropped pan, cleaned magnets and mesh screen at 75k miles.

Just did a drain and fill at 90k and the fluid looked and smelt like new.

Nope. I rack up 2k miles in 6 months. Each day, my city driving is heavy duty. The tranmission is ALWAY shifting in my car. The OEM toyota fluid turned dark after 1k miles With the amsoil and tranny cooler, my fluid remains red
