you should take a gander at the ML system before ignoring it, already paying for a 74k base vehicle, adding in ML wont break anything

 

Well, ML system is over $4000...a bit too much for better sounding sound for me. If I could afford it, i would, but i have to draw the bottom line of this suv's price somewhere.

 

In stock??? Hasnt someone bought it yet???

 

In a few weeks or months I too shall venture into ownership of the LX570, if the price drops a bit .
I would like the Mark Levinson and the Monitor options.
My choice would be the Noble Spinel Mica with the Gray interior.
Presently I own the Classic Silver with Gray interior in my 2006 LX470 , both my wife and I prefer the darker color.

pemarsh, i don't know, but it may help if you do resale it in the future to have ML system. (I know that IF i were in the market for a used one, then ML is a must-have.) Like everyone above, you're already spending a butt-load of money, a few more grand won't make a big difference in your financing. You're buying a grand SUV...might as well treat yourself! In addition, since you're getting the entertainment pkg, the ML system will make movie viewing even better...you will truly have a movie theater on wheels!
