Can I just disconnect the battery myself any proper way for our cars?

Re the possible drain, Google it and you'll find how to do it with a multimeter. Another test would be electrical output. The volt portion of the meter will show the alternator/regulator output which could be the problem if too low. The car needs to be running for this test. The procedure can also be found by Googling.
Keep in mind that the battery could be your only problem. Actually, you don't seem too sure about it as to where it came from yet you say is 14 months old. Batteries have date codes on them and Googling will show you how to locate it. You may find the battery is much older that 14 months.
You are getting there. Good luck!
BTW, I just checked the price of a battery from Lexus.....$699.21, discounted from $777.21. (YIKES)

I have to take Lexus in for my ZLZ program installation Friday so I assume they can locate the problem or draw?
one common battery draw is the door jamb switch, so all 4 doors open, the door light at the bottom of the door is on, theres a black switch that depresses when the door closes. If the switch is defective you can test it. Depress the switch, does the light go off? If not right there you know it’s defective. If you wiggle it up and down does the light go on and off ? ( not depress it ) but up and down if the light flickers and is affected in any way then it’s defective. That’s the best one to check.
Also is your alternator working at 100%, something people need to be aware of, is that even if your while charging system works 100% depending on your driving habits, what you have on etc, each time you drive you can be using more than your alternator is putting out. Is this true in your case I don’t know, I know it is technically possible. It’s something no one really discusses. People not really interested in root causes if they can go swap a battery 😂😂. So what your alternator puts out at idle and at 2000rpm or whatever is all different. And if you have your heat or ac or your music on loud, what’s the outside temperature. Are all your connections tight, engine dirty also affects batteries brake dust and engine dirt can be a draw on a battery, theres 1001things.
if I had a garage and it’s viable for me to do I’d put my car on a battery tender every night or as often as I can.
