Sticky/cracked interior panel customer support program notification - ZLZ
If your vehicle qualifies otherwise for the ZLZ warranty enhancement program, you being the 2nd or 3rd owner should not be a disqualifying factor.

I brought my 2007 LS460 ( 2nd owner) into the dealership (Lexus of Tucson) yesterday for an initial inspection under the ZLZ program. The process took about 10 minutes and the service rep believes my car will qualify for dashboard, front and rear door trim panels, lower instrument panel, console box, glove box, and console box rear panel. He took pictures and will be coordinating with Lexus and let me know what is approved. I will update as I learn more.
Took my 2010 LS into Tustin Lexus a month ago. It was approved for all dash, door and center console panels. Dropped it off yesterday to have the dash and console panels replaced, the door panels are still on order. The matte wood is a rarer option to build. Top notch service from Tustin Lexus.

Mine is a 2007 as well but was told that 2007s don’t qualify as there was another program for it that expired.
I only got the rear center console panels, front instrument console and glove box replaced.
I have not heard back with confirmation yet either way from Lexus on what will be covered, but I will update here when I do learn more. It does appear based on posts #31 in this thread that early production (through February 2007) 2007 LS460's are not eligible for dash and door panels but 2007 LS460's produced March 2007 or later are eligible. My LS460 has a May 2007 production date so I am cautiously optimistic.

Update: I received a call today (2 weeks after initial inspection) from the dealer and all parts, including the dash and door panels, were approved for replacement by Lexus. In addition the parts are already in at the dealership and I have scheduled an appointment for install next week. If things go as planned, it will be a total of 3 weeks to the day from my first inspection appointment to install. BTW I have black interior with the red tone wood trim.

Yes that is disappointing. Does your car have the sticky dash and doors? I assumed because the ZLZ program excluded early production 2007 vins that those vehicles did not have the issue. I see now that you said above a previous program was offered that has now expired..what was that program?
Yep. I think the first ones got more attention at first because of the number of units sold. They all got tacky. For me my dash was done under first program. My doors fell short but the arm rests are leather wrapped so not as bad as the non leather ones most of you own.
Picked up my LS460 from the dealer yesterday after about 1.5 days. All work complete and looks great. I was surprised a bit by the matte finish on all the new parts, but it only took an hour or so to get used to and imo it looks much better than the shiny stuff I had before.
