Replace Exhaust Tips
I know everyone says you can clean these tips as good as new, but, I can get new ones from Toyota for 55 bucks each. So, My only question is, Has anyone here ever removed and replaced the Tips?

No way are they "gone". They're stainless steel, unless they're rusted through they can be made good as new.
Try the Eagle One wads. If those dont work or if you want to take care of those scrapes and scratches, hit it with sandpaper. Start coarse, finish with fine grit and wet sand, then the Eagle One.

As I read your post, my wife was cleaning the kitchen sinks with Bar Keepers Friend, so I shook out some BKF powder into a small plastic disposable cup and added a tiny bit of water and took an old soft bristle toothbrush out to do some exhaust tip soot scrubbing. As I started scrubbing, I quickly realized that I needed another small plastic disposable cup with water to rinse out the black soot from the toothbrush. Also found a small spray bottle with water to rinse off the scrubbed soot from the exhaust tips.
I took 2 before (1 for each side) and 2 after photos to show how well the soot scrubbing turned out with Bar Keepers Friend.
