Executive seating parts.
I have a 2009 Lexus LS600hL pebble beach edition. It does not have the executive seating package. I want it to have the executive seating package. Does anyone know if it would be possible to buy the console and put it in and remove the center armrest and seat? Lexus dealer says it's never been done. I'm assuming it would have to be preordered and made for my interior and wood trim. Anybody have any insight?
I think the entire rear seat assembly is different, as in bottom cushon, back cushon, electric motors, heat elements, all the buttons in the center arm rest. I'd say your best bet is to go to the junkyard and find one with the executive seating package, or buy a totaled out car with the executive seating package and swap it over. There is a lot more wiring going on with the rear seat in the executive package, so make sure you grab all the extra wiring, and maybe the fuse block from the donor car.
Now for those that are more LS experts, is the entire rear structure of the car different for executive seat cars? IE different structural components/steel behind the seat?? If the sheetmetal around/behind the rear seat is different, then forget about this, it would require totally rewelding and rebuilding your car.

Sure you can do it, you can do anything as long as you have enough money. Would it make any financial sense to do this? Absolutely none. Better off to trade the car on one with the executive seat package.
I bet this costs $20,000+

Well it definitely won't be cheap – you can see parts diagrams and prices here: http://www.lexussouthatlantaparts.com – but how not cheap probably depends on the equipment you currently have. The executive package rear console has buttons for things like the rear AC system, audio system controls, power door window shades, rear seats, etc. – so if you already have quad zone AC, power/heated/AC rear seats and all the other amenities, you may be able to just replace the right seat cushion and rear console. If, on the other hand, you don't already have these, you'll likely have to install new wiring harnesses, computer modules, motors, door window shade assemblies (which will probably necessitate replacing the door trim as well), side impact airbags, and probably quite a lot more. Or you'll have to get used to explaining to rear seat passengers why they're forced to endure the blinding sun because nothing happens when they push the button to raise the left side window shade.
I have the executive package in my 09 LS600hL and when I had aftermarket air installed. The whole massage chair pulled out just like the other rear seat. I think it's very doable as long as you have the wiring that comes with it.. also probably needs the middle console control since that also controls the reclining part.
Just like I want Dynamic Cruse on my LS460.. was wondering what I could do to add it (like what parts would make it work)... Not sure but, I figure it would be very expensive and that is if it even worked after I got the parts.

Well, I dont blame u for wanting to try...
after seeing the executive package I contacted a broker and had them do a nationwide search for the one I wanted...took forever but it was worth the wait.
If u have the skills (or $$) try and do the swap or trade urs...either way, get one!

Lexus sold a version of the 4LS in Canada and European markets that had the rear seat massage and ottoman without the center console. The rear center armrest is just covered in controls; but it might be an easier retrofit.
Not only will you have to replace the seating and center console parts; but the ECUs that power that system also need to be replaced/installed.
I'm sure it's possible; but I'm not sure it's worth it. I'm a big guy (6'2") and when I sit back there I notice that I feel a little cramped. Honestly for 2 people the bench seats would be a little less confining; and aside from the table (which nobody ever uses) the 5 seat option might be more comfortable.
This is from a RHD car but I've seen the system on LHD cars in Canada. Note the video screen is fixed and not drop down now:
