Default Rear controls are dead

The controls on the rear, center fold down arm rest are dead in my new to me 2010 LS. None of the buttons (rear window shade, seat heaters) are working at all. Is this a known issue by chance? Any guesses besides a fuse?

Thanks!

It's possible that the rear seat was out at some point and whoever put it back just forgot to plug in a wiring connector.

This pertains to the prior facelift models but hopefully this will point you in the proper direction.

Did they work when you looked at or test drove the car? Have you verified that your car was originally equipped with the UL package.

Only thing I can think of is fuses or a main wiring connection was not plugged in or cut. If not I wonder if it is possible that someone put that control center from a totaled different UL car in your car to raise the price or thought they could just wire it in, I doubt that happened though.

If it is not a fuse or wiring I would complain to who you bought it from as soon as possible and demand they get it working or refund your money.
