Pandora Radio??
any ipod adapter will support pandora, if you plug in an iphone. you won't be able to switch tracks or change stations (it's gonna be audio only -- you can change tracks or stations on your phone), though, unless you buy vaistech's ML+, which i think has pandora support built in (meaning you'll be able to thumb up, thumb down, skip track, change stations from within the lexus nav interface).
Vaistech's ML+ now has Pandora control built in, so the screen in the car will mirror what is on the iPod/iPhone, as well as give you touchscreen controls. It's a great setup, in addition to the superb iPod integration
Vaistech is a company that makes integration products for our cars. You can read all about them here http://www.vaistech.com/dev/home.php
Currently their products are geared towards Apple as well as USB devices like flash drives, but they are working on Android integration as well (last I heard, target is for March of this year for release).
Several of our fellow members have various products from them with great results. If its Pandora on Droid you are wanting, stay tuned. I just picked up a Droid too, so hopefully it releases soon.

U should be able to use the aux input in the console without buying any modules... just need to change settings in phone the have audio out thru headphones jack.. i've done a few android and iphones this way...
I <3 Pandora! I have Pandora One and it is basically all I listen to all the time. Although i'm using it just through the AUX (as mentioned above) it is still decent quality... I'm still waiting for the ML+ to be compatible with my car so this is my only choice for now :/
BTW I use an iPhone

Also, my understanding is that they are currently out of stock on the ML+ at this time, with more coming in February. Also, they appear to run a group buy about once per quarter or so. I'll be getting one soon (fingers crossed).
I called Vais Tech today to ask about solutions for my 07 LS. I have to say that I was a bit disappointed to learn that because my LS has park assist (an option that I'll never use), I am limited to iPod integration only, and that integration is quite limited. With the two products I can purchase, neither offers video playback or even album art (which seems like a pretty basic feature with an iPod). The sales guy I talked with was a really good guy and very informative. That said, given the limited integration, I'm not sure that it's even worth the $250.00. If I can't even see album art, I might as well buy a $10.00 aux cable (which wasn't my first preference). He did tell me that if my vehicle didn't have the park assist option, that I would have a whole lot more options.
