I want to put 19s on my car but want 11s in the rear wat fitment can I use

You can run a 19x9 / 19x10.5 set up on that car, but I am not sure about an 11" as we have personally not done that fitment on this model.

Just a question why 11" and not go with 10.5" … 10.5" is a much more manageable rear wheel to fit but even then will need quarter panel work or suspension arms

with what offset +/- 0 idk this is my first ls430 that's why I'm asking ordered full one piece megan struts

For the rears, we tend to stick around the 38-42 range.

With that offset range, does that keep it tucked under the fender? I am no good at all figuring offsets.

Typically, we try to have the wheel sitting flush with the fender when picking offsets.

Seems very extreme for an LS430. What is your total desired setup with tires are you targeting? Besides fender/wheel well clearance you need to assess brake caliper fit, likely hub rings, and other fun factors. Keep us posted and as always pictures are a must....
